The keys to happiness! part 2.

Be active – It doesn’t matter how much you love yourself if you sit on the couch all day you can’t be happy with yourself. Every time I left the gym or got done jogging – I was always happy I went. Being active creates energy, which helps creativity, focus, and enthusiasm.
