The 6 keys to happiness:
Connect – Find someone you don’t know and start talking to them – and take a genuine interest in what they say. You’ll be happy you did.
Be active – Being active creates energy which helps creativity, focus, and enthusiasm.
Challenge yourself – You should alway strive to improve yourself. this will never end – because no one is perfect. You cannot go to the gym one time and say okay I’m healthy for life now.
Notice – Share your gratitude with people. If someone does even a small gesture for you give a MASSIVE, ENORMOUS, HUGE – Thanks! Watch their eyes light up!
Keep learning -Find something that sparks your curiosity and learn everything there is to know about it. It doesn’t matter what you’re curious about, only that you are curious.
Give – Helping others is why we we’re put on this earth. It can be something small, try this – smile at the first 5 people you see today – I mean genuine smiles. You will feel instantly better and so will they.
